Meet the Heart Behind Amplify Your Spirit

Hi, I’m Kristine DaCosta —
Essential oil educator, energy enthusiast, intuitive guide, and proud cat mama to Evy, Peach, and Mario. I am a teacher, drama instructor, and entrepreneur.

But more than that, I’m a woman who was tired of toxins, chaos, and low vibes — and decided to do something about it.

I’m also a proud co-founder of ACE Education Centre Inc., where I help learners of all ages build confidence through education. My journey began in the entertainment industry, where I spent several years performing and inspiring audiences through storytelling and stagecraft.

But in 2020, everything shifted.
Like many, I felt a deep call to slow down, reconnect with myself, and pursue a more intentional, aligned path. That’s when I dove headfirst into the world of natural wellness, energy work, and Young Living® essential oils.

What started as a personal journey — clearing out toxins, calming my nervous system, and reclaiming my energy — became something so much more.
